Safe and Courteous Service

  • All passengers must have seat belt, child car seat or wheelchair restraints in use while the vehicle is moving.


  • Please do not tamper with vehicle and/or transit equipment, as it may be needed to help you someday.


  • Mask Required on Van.


  • Pets must be in a proper carrier.  Service animals are exempt as they are not considered pets.


  • All Non-emergency Medical Transports require photo identification. NEMT verification will be determined prior to
  • pick-up


  • Please use courtesy with the driver and other passengers. No loud, rude, or profane language will be permitted.


  • No use of tobacco, alcohol and/or possession of illegal drugs allowed on the bus.


  • Food and drinks must be in a closed spill-proof container. Refrain from eating on the bus.


  • Please understand we must accommodate all riders, some bags may be limited.


  • Children must be accompanied with an adult. Attendant information for each underage passenger should be provided prior to pickup. Legitimate ID verification will be determined prior to vehicle departure. Call Dispatcher for more information @346-337-1984.


  • For the safety of all riders, please wait until the driver has stopped driving to ask questions.


  • Reasonable accommodations may be available upon request.


  • Community Transportation & Delivery Service reserves the right to refuse service.


We pickup passengers from curb-to-curb and our clients must be able to accommodate their own access to the transportation vehicle. Another adult or their Health Care Aide can provide help with any necessary assistance to and from our vehicle for transport pick-up or drop-off.

In accordance with the requirements of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 2015 (ADA), Community Transportation & Delivery Service will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs or activities.


The ADA does not require Community Transportation & Delivery Service to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services.
